UK Shipping & Delivery Information
We are proud to be working with local delivery experts Celtic Couriers who use the APC network to ensure your order reaches you swiftly and with care. Their team of drivers really are the best around!
They deliver all our FRESH ORDERS (Birthday Cakes, Pup-Cakes, Dog-Nuts, Flapjacks etc) between Tuesdays to Fridays only so if you request to receive your order on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday, we will aim to get it to you the FRIDAY before with instructions on how to store it correctly.
All our DRIED ORDERS (Biscuits, Dried Cakes, Chews etc) are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class post. These will be dispatched as soon as they are ready and because they are dried, they last between 4-6 months. This means they can arrive before your required delivery date and stored cool and dry.
You can choose to have your parcel delivered to your home address, your work address or any other address convenient to you. If you are not going to be home for the delivery, please leave details of a safe place for the driver to leave your parcel like a shed, porch or neighbour. Please leave this information in the correct section when placing your order.
A despatch notification will be issued to the email address provided by you so you can track your orders journey whether they have been sent using APC or Royal Mail.

ORDERS BETWEEN 1 kg - 5 kg - £7
ORDERS 5 kg and up - £9
Royal Mail 2nd Class (Used for all dry items)
ORDERS UP TO 100g - £2
ORDERS UP TO 750g - £3
ORDERS UP TO 2kg - £4
ORDERS UP TO 20kg - £10
ORDERS OVER £60 - FREE
(PRE-ARRANGED) STORE COLLECTION - FREE

If your delivery is visibly badly damaged on arrival please do not accept it and return it to the depot.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur in transit.

If nobody is available to sign for your delivery on the first attempt, it is your responsibility to recover the parcel from your local depot.

If your order is a fresh item like a birthday cake - please remember the longer it is left unrefrigerated the higher chance it may spoil.
